Restore the beauty

This aged photo was full of holes and stains. Per our assignment instructions, I used Photoshop tools to not only get rid of them but I also toned the photo to add brightness and contrast.

I got rid of the stains and holes by using the eyedropper tool. This tool allows you to replicate a color and place it somewhere else on the photo.

I noticed that the young woman was also faded from age. Her face lacked clarity and appeal. Therefore, I used the dodge tool to lighten under her eyes. I also added some light pink blush to her cheekbones to brighten her complexion. I think overall the photo looks much better.
